An innovative and rot-resistant cladding
The Weo essential cladding boards are protected from fading and stains thanks to the co-extrusion technology. A polyethylene film on the surface insures a perfect seal of the slides.
This co-extrusion technology offers a high resistance to the weather and prevents from greying due to the UV. In this way, the WEO Essential boards are guaranteed from colors fading during 20 years.
Shades color close to natural wood
WEO® Essential cladding boards are available in 4 colors, imitating raw timber or aged wood aspects. All the tints are multi-chromatic with subtle pigments shades to reproduce as closest as possible a natural finish.
No slide looks like an other. The finely brushed aspect procures a matte effect and accentuates realistic and natural illusion.
Biosourced, recycled and recyclable
Our boards are mainly made from recycled and bio-sourced raw material. The wood fibers which constitutes 50% of the component and the plastic (HDPE) coming from recycling sources. Sawdust stem from the first and second transformation of wood products and the platic arised for more that 95% from recycling industry.
Ongoing innovation in extrusion has taken full advantage of this recycling of materials to design a product with remarkable, long-lasting performance.
How to use
WEO® Essential cladding boards have an interlocking clapboard profile. They can be installed as cladding on a wood or aluminum frame. The boards are fastened to the battens using self-drilling stainless steel screws. Blades can be installed horizontally or vertically.
A range of accessories completes the assortment to facilitate installation: 3m-long aluminum starter profile to support the first cladding board, and 35x45mm corner angles lacquered to match the color of the boards.
Easy, invisible fastening
WEO® Essential clading boards are assembled using a tongue-and-groove system. Lightweight and easy to handle thanks to their streamlined profile, they are screwed onto wood or aluminum cleats spaced every 600mm. The overlap between the 2 boards conceals the screw head for perfectly discreet fastening. Screws tinted to match the color of the boards are also available for finishing touches and singular points.
Easy to install, with a lifespan of over 20 years and no renovation maintenance required, WEO® Essential clading boards are among the most cost-effective solutions on the market.
